Before Watchmen. Somehow, I think every time someone says it or types it, Alan Moore’s eye twitches a little. This week, we review DC’s own “Phantom Menace” in the first half of our first special series. These books were tackled by different writers and different authors so we wanted to give each series its own look. Some we expected better and were pretty disappointed; others, we expected nothing, but found moments of brilliance.

Wedding number one (mine) is down and we have one more to go (Brock’s) in two weeks. We’ll try not to die.
